Delete your Plantonário account

Account deletion starts and finishes inside the app. It is permanent and does not require contacting support.

How to delete your account

  1. Open Plantonário and sign in to your account.
  2. Tap More in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Tap Profile.
  4. Tap Delete my account.
  5. Read the warning and confirm permanent deletion.

What will be removed

  • Your account and access sessions;
  • Profile data and synchronized preferences;
  • Synchronized shifts, workplaces, records, and financial data;
  • Linked calendar integrations and tokens;
  • Support tickets, feedback, and attachments stored in the cloud;
  • Local data and credentials stored on your device.

This is not a temporary deactivation. Once confirmed, deleted data cannot be recovered.

If you cannot access the app, contact our Support center. Support is an alternative way to get help, not a required step for deleting your account inside the app.
