Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This Policy explains how MedUnity Solutions handles information when you use the Plantonário app and its public pages. Plantonário is designed to work primarily on your device, with cloud synchronization only when you create an account and use connected features.

1. Information we process

  • Account and profile: name, email, optional phone number, account identifier, and technical device identifier.
  • Plantonário data: shifts, schedules, workplaces, amounts, and preferences you choose to enter. Without a connected account, this data stays on your device.
  • Support and feedback: the content you submit and, only if you choose, up to three attached photos or videos to demonstrate an issue.
  • Security: IP address, technical operations, operation results, and device identifier, used for authentication, abuse prevention, and diagnostics.

The profile photo selected through the system picker is stored only on your device. Plantonário does not scan your library or request broad access to your photos or videos.

2. How we use information

  • Authenticate and protect your account;
  • Synchronize the data you choose to keep in the cloud;
  • Display schedules, reports, and trackers you create;
  • Send reminders and notifications requested by the user;
  • Respond to support requests and review feedback;
  • Prevent abuse, investigate failures, and keep the service secure;
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Photos and videos

Access begins only when you tap to select media. The iOS or Android photo picker lets you select a specific item without granting general access to your library. Your profile photo stays local. Media voluntarily attached to feedback is uploaded to private storage so the team can review the report, and is deleted when the account is deleted.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data or use Plantonário data for advertising or tracking across apps and websites. We share only what is necessary with providers that operate the service, including authentication, databases, storage, hosting, notifications, and sign-in providers you choose.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and the safety of users and the service.

5. Storage and security

Data sent to the service is protected in transit by TLS and has restricted access. We use per-user authentication and authorization controls. No system is infallible, but we adopt technical and organizational measures proportionate to the data we process.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep account data and synchronized data while your account is active. You can start permanent deletion directly in the app under More → Profile → Delete my account.

After confirmation, we delete the authentication account, sessions, synchronized records, linked integrations, user-associated logs, and feedback attachments stored in the cloud. Local data and credentials are also removed from your device.

See the step-by-step instructions on the account deletion page. We may retain only information that the law requires us to keep, for the required period and with limited access.

7. Your rights

Under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD), you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, portability, information about sharing, objection, withdrawal of consent, and deletion where applicable.

To exercise these rights, email contact@plantonario.com.

8. Website and cookies

The public Plantonário website is informational. It may use essential technical resources to deliver and protect the page. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers on the website.

9. Updates and contact

We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the product or legislation. The date at the top of the page identifies the current version.
