Welcome to Plantonário. These Terms of Use establish the rules and conditions for using our app and services. By accessing or using Plantonário, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

  • Plantonário: Mobile app and web services for managing shifts and schedules for healthcare professionals.
  • MedUnity Solutions: The company that develops and maintains Plantonário.
  • User: An individual who registers for and uses Plantonário.
  • Content: Any data, information, text, images, or materials entered into the platform by the user.

2. Registration and account

To use Plantonário, you must create an account and provide truthful, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your password and access credentials confidential;
  • Immediately notifying MedUnity Solutions of any unauthorized use of your account;
  • Ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and truthful;
  • Not creating false accounts or multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes, or impersonating another person.

3. Service features

Plantonário provides tools for:

  • Recording and tracking shifts and work schedules;
  • Managing personal finances related to shifts (income, expenses, and overtime);
  • Generating work reports and statistics;
  • Shift and event reminders and notifications;
  • Exporting and sharing schedule data (when enabled by the user).

MedUnity Solutions reserves the right to add, remove, or modify features at any time, with prior notice to users where applicable.

4. User responsibilities

By using Plantonário, you agree to:

  • Use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms;
  • Not use the service to store or transmit content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes the rights of others;
  • Not attempt to access, interfere with, or damage the systems, data, or accounts of other users;
  • Not use bots, scripts, or any unauthorized form of automation;
  • Not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the service without express authorization;
  • Keep backups of your important data, acknowledging that MedUnity Solutions is not responsible for data loss caused by user negligence.

5. Intellectual property

All Plantonário content, design, code, trademarks, and materials are the exclusive property of MedUnity Solutions or its licensors. Using the service does not grant you any intellectual property rights in the app. You retain ownership of all data and content you enter into the platform.

6. Privacy and data

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Use. We recommend reading it carefully.

7. Limitation of liability

Plantonário is provided "as is" and "as available". MedUnity Solutions does not guarantee that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
  • Results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable;
  • Any software error will be corrected.

MedUnity Solutions is not responsible for decisions made by users based on data or reports generated by the app, including financial, professional, or contractual decisions. Plantonário is a support tool and does not replace professional, legal, or accounting advice.

8. Changes and interruptions

MedUnity Solutions may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (temporarily or permanently) at any time, with or without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or third parties for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

9. Termination

MedUnity Solutions may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, a violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

You may permanently close your account at any time under More → Profile → Delete my account. The process is completed inside the app and does not require contacting support.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Goiânia, Goiás, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.

11. Changes to the Terms

MedUnity Solutions may update these Terms of Use periodically. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
